Terms and conditions

The terms for using the Federis website: what you may do with it, what we are responsible for, and what we are not.

Who we are and acceptance

This website at federis.in is operated by AI Arsenal Private Limited ("AI Arsenal", "we", "us"). Federis is the name of our product. By visiting or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

"You" means the person using the website and, if you use it for an organisation, that organisation.

What this website is

The website describes Federis, our sovereign control plane, and Federis Studio, our agent and workflow builder, and lets you contact us about them.

It is not the product. Federis and Federis Studio are deployed in your own environment and are used under a separate agreement. Nothing on this website grants you a licence to the software, and these terms do not govern your use of the products.

Using the website

You may read the website and share links to it for your own evaluation of our products. You agree not to:

  • use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or anything connected to them;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the website or its security;
  • scrape, copy or reuse the website's content at scale, or in a way that suggests we endorse you; or
  • send us content that is unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example to protect it or to carry out maintenance.

Messages you send us

When you contact us through the contact form or by email, you must give accurate details and you must have the right to share what you send. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information, such as credentials, ID numbers or financial details, until we have agreed a secure way to exchange it.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, an enquiry does not create a contract, a duty of confidentiality, or any obligation on either side. We use your details as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The Federis and Federis Studio names, logos, text, graphics, diagrams, photographs and the design of this website belong to AI Arsenal Private Limited. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and download our product brief for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our material without our written permission.

Third-party names, comparisons and links

Other companies' names and products mentioned on the website, including the vendors on the comparison page, belong to their owners. They are used for identification only, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.

The positioning chart and capability ratings on the comparison page are our own assessment, based on information available to us and our product brief. Other vendors change their products, so treat the ratings as a starting point for your own evaluation, and ask us for the basis of any rating.

The website links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, and uses third-party fonts. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Information on this website

We take care to describe our products accurately, but features, specifications, deployment sizes and ratings change. The content of the website and our product brief is for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, advice or a promise of any particular result. What you buy, and what we commit to, is set out only in the agreement you sign with us.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Arsenal, its officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from relying on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection, data protection or other laws that apply to you.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data the website collects and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
